Shipping and Returns
Due to time constraints and being a one woman operation, I only ship out once a week. Domestic orders typically arrive in 2 weeks or less, but International orders can take up to a month with customs. I can usually track domestic orders, but unfortunately I can't track international. If you haven't received your package within these times stated please contact me at email@example.com and I can either give you tracking information or replace the lost product.
RUSH SHIPPING: If you need an item by a particular date please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I'll be happy to make arrangements with you.
RETURNS: I want you to be happy with your order! If for any reason you aren't please contact me at email@example.com to discuss any issues you have. I will issue a refund AFTER the item is returned and customer must pay for return shipping. Items can be exchanged for other items of similar cost, additional shipping for an exchanged item must be paid by the customer. If the reason the item is returned is due to any error on my part or due to damage in shipping, I will issue a full refund or resend the product out and I will cover the shipping.
